reception staffs easy things wonderful architecture
the reception staffs was great, especially payae pyae. she make things easier. the architecture are wonderful too. i really enjoyed my room, a sky classic room.
the glass doors react aggressively, i was almost badly injured when i slightly open them.

clean room helpful staff kind staff
The room was clean. I appreciated the spaciousness. The staff were helpful. Robert and Majid offered great assistance! I found them to be very kind and ready to help with any questions I had.
The breakfast selection became repetitive after a few days. It needed more variety.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff rainfall shower
i really appreciated the helpful staff . the breakfast had great variety and quality, i enjoyed the standard room. it was very comfortable with a lovely view of the garden and a fabulous bathroom with a rainfall shower (it was one of the best i've had!).
the hotel charged me more when i extended my stay. the receptionist said it was due to an event, so they raised prices and could not do anything. i wish they considered a preferential rate for someone already staying there.

my room overlooked the garden and swimming pool. it had beautiful views and sunsets. a fabulous bathroom. i found the standard room very comfortable and it offered a lovely view.

the reception staff was helpful from arrival until i left. i respect the general manager and all the staff, many whose names i remember. they are number one, in my opinion.

the hotel had a fabulous pool with helpful staff. the pool area offered good beds and was quiet with no traffic noise. it also provided easy access to the metro for getting around (very handy).

Clean and Convenient Stay
clean rooms comfortable beds private parking
I appreciated the very clean rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the location allowed me to walk to Deira City Centre Mall. The hotel also provided private parking which i thought was great.

A Romantic Getaway
suite upgrade spacious suite accommodating staff
I received a suite upgrade and it was amazing. the suite was spacious and impeccably clean. the room had a lovely scent and the staff proved helpful and accommodating. They met our needs perfectly.
i found one small issue , one light in the room wasn't working, and despite calling for engineers over two days, no one came to fix it

The front desk team excelled. They remained professional and helpful. they always took extra steps to make check-in and check-out very enjoyable. sima assisted me greatly and pari resolved any issues promptly.
